Hawthorn Farm Guest House / B&B is a grade II-listed farmhouse that is full of character. Hawthorn Farm is one of the oldest buildings in Buxton and was originally owned by the Duke of Devonshire. Hawthorn Farm is now owned and operated by Paul and Sarah who have renovated and decorated it to its current high standard.

Hawthorn Farm Guest House is made up of 6 Guest rooms, 2 are located within the main house.

There are four dog-friendly rooms located in a barn conversion across the drive. All rooms are of various shapes and sizes and can be configured to accommodate up to four people. All rooms have Televisions, tea and coffee-making facilities, and free Wifi.

All rooms feature their own en-suite.
Complimentary breakfast is included and is served in the main house between 7.30 am and 9.30 am, breakfast includes a range of cereals, fruit juices, fresh fruit, yogurt or a full English breakfast with locally sourced sausages, bacon, and eggs. Dietary needs or preferences can be catered for.

Hawthorn Farm Guest House is within easy walking distance of Buxton Town Center where you will find a wide range of cafes, bars, restaurants, and activities to suit everyone.
The farm is located within a 5-minute drive to the Peak District National Park and Peak Practice Golf Driving Range.
